The System Is Born
During COVID lockdowns, Founder builds the operational playbook that would become AT Solution — standardized SOPs, direct ordering, and local SEO that kept ATaste alive when competitors closed.
AT Banh Mi Launches
The second brand launches, applying the same system. Profitable within 90 days.
AT Solution Is Founded
Andy formalizes the playbook into AT Solution — offering the same system that built ATaste to other F&B operators across Australia.
ATaste - Kenmore Opens
ATaste - Kenmore proves that authentic heritage can deliver a consistent 25%+ net profit margin through high-performance engineering.
