Applied our "Chain Filter" to every operational decision — if it can't scale to 20 locations, we don't build it.
Standardized the fit-out process to reduce build costs by 20% compared to typical Brisbane café builds.
Created a plug-and-play staff training manual to ensure consistent quality regardless of who is on shift.
Designed a marketing blueprint focused on local community engagement and social proof generation.
